讓我們撩起生命的波紋精美散文

　　你的一個(gè)微笑，也許會(huì)影響一個(gè)人一天的心情； 你的一個(gè)小小的善舉，也許會(huì)挽救一條珍貴的生命； 你的一個(gè)厭惡的.眼神，也許會(huì)扼殺一個(gè)熱切求知的心靈； 你的一句輕狂之言，也許會(huì)改變一個(gè)人的一生。你的一個(gè)舉動(dòng)影響了一個(gè)人，那個(gè)人也許又會(huì)因此而影響到身邊更多的人……

　　My grandfather took me to the fish pond on the farm when I was about seven, and he told me to throw a stone into the water. He told me to watch the circles created by the stone. Then he asked me to think of myself as that stone person.

　　在我七歲那年，祖父帶我到農(nóng)場(chǎng)的魚(yú)塘。他讓我撿一顆石頭扔到水中，并囑咐我仔細(xì)觀察石頭所激起的波紋。然后，他叫我把自己也看成是那顆石頭。

　　"You may create lots of splashes in your life, but the waves that come from those splashes will disturb the peace of all your fellow creatures," he said, "Remember that you are responsible for what you put in your circle and that circle will also touch many other circles."

　　“在生命的水面上，你可能會(huì)激起許多波紋，而這些波紋也會(huì)打擾到你周圍眾生的寧?kù)o�！弊娓笇�(duì)我說(shuō)，“記住，你需要對(duì)你所激起的波紋負(fù)責(zé)，因?yàn)樗鼈儠?huì)碰到別人的波紋。”

　　"You will need to live in a way that allows the good that comes from your circle to send the peace of that goodness to others. The splash that comes from anger or jealousy will send those feelings to other circles. You are responsible for both."

　　“你應(yīng)當(dāng)努力通過(guò)自己的波紋將平和靜謐傳遞給他人。而那些帶著憤怒或嫉妒的水花，也會(huì)將壞的情緒傳遞。兩種情況，你都要負(fù)責(zé)任！”

　　That was the first time I realized that each person creates the inner peace or discord that flows out into the world. We cannot create world peace if we are riddled with inner conflict, hatred, doubt, or anger.

　　那是我第一次明白，每個(gè)人心中的平靜或不安，都會(huì)傳播給整個(gè)世界。如果我們的內(nèi)心充斥著矛盾、仇恨、懷疑或憤怒，就不能創(chuàng)造一個(gè)和平的世界。

　　We radiate the feelings and thoughts that we hold inside, whether we speak them or not. Whatever is splashing around inside of us is spilling out into the world, creating beauty or discord with all other circles of life.

　　無(wú)論是否說(shuō)出來(lái)，我們都在向外傳遞自己的感情和思想。無(wú)論我們內(nèi)心激起的波紋是哪一種，都會(huì)濺向這個(gè)世界，并與他人的波紋一起，創(chuàng)造美好或不和諧的生活。
